            2 cups whole milk 
1/2 cup sugar 
4 large eggs 
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted 
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
1/8 teaspoon salt 
4 cups crustless white bread, cut into 3/4-inch cubes 
2 large apples, peeled, cored, cut into 1/2-inch cubes 
1/3 cup cranberries

        | 1  | 	Preheat oven to 350°F.  Butter 11x7-inch glass baking dish. |
