    | Renee Shepherd gave us some giant kohlrabis from her trial garden, and we set about trying to find different ways to enjoy this lovely, nutrient-rich vegetable. After eating much of it raw (sliced and dipped in blue cheese dressing - yum!), we cooked some up and baked it. We loved the results and hope you will too. |
