BBQ Sauce for Ribs

American

Ingredients
2 cups ketchup
1 small onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped fine
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 lemons, juice only
1/4 cups molasses
1/4 cups brown sugar
2 t. Dijon mustard
2 jalapenos, chopped fine
1 teaspoon vinegar
 
Steps
1 Blend all ingredients and simmer for about 20 minutes. Let cool.


Yield
servings  use metric
original recipe yield: 2 1/2 cups
Notes If you don't like it too spicy, use less jalapeños. Any kind of vinegar will do.
