American

Ingredients
8 cups water
3/4 cup honey
1/2 cup salt
4 boneless pork chops, each 1-inch to 1-1/2 inches thick
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

Steps
1 Heat 2 cups of water, pour into a large bowl and mix with honey and salt until dissolved

2 Add remaining water, thyme, pepper and cloves, and mix well.

3 When water mixture is at room temperature, add pork chops and refrigerate for 4-8 hours

4 Remove pork chops from the refrigerator 1/2 hour before cooking. Place chops on a plate and pat dry. Discard the brine.

5 Prepare grill. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning on both sides of chops. Once grill is ready, grill the pork chops, turning once, for 10-15 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145ºF.
