            1 tablespoon fresh lime juice 
10 blueberries, fresh or frozen (normal-sized; use less if they''re the giant variety) 
2 to 4 fresh mint leaves  
2 tablespoons elderflower syrup 
Ice 
1 lime slice  
1 cup grapefruit sparkling water (such as LaCroix) 
fresh mint, for garnish

      Steps

        | 1  | Tear mint leaves into the bottom of a glass. Add lime juice and blueberries, then muddle well so that most of the blueberries break and the mint releases its oils. |  
  |  | 2   | Top with ice and a lime slice, then pour over elderflower syrup, followed by sparkling water. Stir to a light pink color. |  
  |  | 3   | Garnish with mint and serve. |
