| High Altitude Waffles

| Augmenting the Kodiak Cakes recipe for our mile high altitude in Boulder County, Colorado. We use an automatic waffle iron we found at a garage sale. |

| Ingredients |
|
1 1/2 cup Kodiak Cakes Mix
1 1/8 cup water
1 1/2 tablespoon oil
1 egg
|

Steps
|
|
|
|
|
| 1 | Mix all ingredients together. |
| | 2 | Heat waffle iron and coat surface with about 1 tablespoon oil. |
| | 3 | Cook to light golden brown, or according to manufacturer's instructions. |
