Eggs Buji

The Indian engineers I worked with recommended this. The recipe is a bit of an appoximation.
Aromatic, tangy, spicy and tasty egg dish.
Yield 2 servings

4 eggs
1 tablespoon milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 large cloves of garlic,crushed
3 green chiles, minced
3 tomatoes, diced
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon chicken masala powder
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste +
2 tablespoons coriander leaves, chopped

1 Beat eggs well with milk and set aside.
2 In a large skillet over medium high heat. add oil. When hot, add the onions, garlic and chiles. Saute until the onion is transparent and tender.
3 Add tomatoes and turmeric. Saute 3 minutes longer. Add the masala and stir.
4 Add the eggs and mix well, cooking until the eggs are set. Add salt and pepper to taste.
5 Garnish with the chopped coriander.
