Ingredients
2 small balls pizza dough, 2 Boboli or other ready-made pizza shells

1/4 cup green or red pepper
1/4 cup red or white onion
optional sliced meats: pepperoni, ham, salami, sausage

Steps
1 Roll out pizza dough (or lay out ready-made pizza shell).

2 Preheat oven to 425°F with a large cast-iron pan.

3 Place pizza shells each on a large baking sheet. Spread tomato sauce over shells. Spread on cheese. Divide toppings evenly among shells. Sprinkle with oregano.
