Creamy Peppercorn Salad Dressing

A quick and easy salad dressing with sophisticated flavor that can be made with ingredients that are usually on hand. It goes with fresh cut kohlrabi, crudités, and covers the bases of a Ranch Dressing.

1/2 cup mayonnaise, regular or low-fat
1/2 cup sour cream, regular or low-fat
1 tablespoon milk, or more as needed
1 tablespoon freshly cracked peppercorns
1 tablespoon freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon of sea salt, to taste

1 Whisk all ingredients to combine. Add more milk if necessary to get desired consistency.
