Foodie Kitchen loves to share our recipes. Would you like to share yours? Enter your original recipe in our contest and you could win a gift certificate to FoodieKitchen.com, where you will find a great selection of useful kitchen tools and products.
We are looking for recipes that use natural ingredients, are visually appealing, and taste great. The winning recipe will be posted on the FoodieKitchen.com website along with the name of the creator. A $50 gift certificate to FoodieKitchen.com will be awarded to the winner.

Contemporary Slow-Cooker Cooking
Slow cooking no longer means opening a can of soup, pouring it over a chicken, and letting it cook all day. Please share a recipe that you love to make in your slow cooker. Best recipe wins a $50 gift certificate to Foodie Kitchen!

Deadline for entry is March 1, 2011 at 11:59 pm PDT (Sign up for our newsletter to get a head start on the following month’s contest!)
Contest Guidelines
1) Make sure you are subscribed to the free Foodie Kitchen Newsletter, then read the terms and conditions of this contest. By entering the contest you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
2) Make sure your recipe is original and has never been published before.
3) Entries are made via email to joanna@foodiekitchen.com. The entire recipe should be within the message portion of the email. No attachments will be accepted. Your email must arrive before the deadline and include the following:
a) The name of the recipe
b) The measured ingredients of the recipe, listed in order of use.
c) Step-by-step preparation and cooking directions.
d) The number of servings
e) A way to reach you in the event something in the recipe needs clarification.

4)Only one recipe may be entered within each email.
