| 1 | Put wok on high heat and add oil. |

2 | Slice ginger thinly and add to oil. |

3 | Add in chicken wings. In a minute turn the wings and add a splash of soy and cook for 5 minutes. |

4 | Add half the soy sauce and turn wings every few minutes. |

5 | Add rest of soy sauce. Stir a minute. |

6 | Turn heat to low and cook for 15 minutes stirring every once and a while. The sauce should be thick and syrupy. Add a bit of soy if needed to keep from drying up. |
