RECIPE

Japanese Chicken Wings

Soy Chicken Wings.

The salty taste of thick black soy sauce on chicken wings is a treat. Once you have had it, you will want it again. Goes good with steamed white rice.
Ingredients
2 teaspoons oil
2 tablespoons ginger sliced
2 pounds chicken wings
2 cups soy sauce

Steps
1 Put wok on high heat and add oil.

2 Slice ginger thinly and add to oil.

3 Add in chicken wings. In a minute turn the wings and add a splash of soy and cook for 5 minutes.

4 Add half the soy sauce and turn wings every few minutes.

5 Add rest of soy sauce. Stir a minute.

6 Turn heat to low and cook for 15 minutes stirring every once and a while. The sauce should be thick and syrupy. Add a bit of soy if needed to keep from drying up.
