| Ingredients |
4 cups vinegar
2 cups water
2 large onion sliced
2 lemons sliced
4 cloves garlic crushed
1 cup sugar
1 pound butter (half when doing pork)
½ cup salt
2 teaspoons freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons worchestershire sauce
1 tablespoon red pepper (double if you like it hot)
½ cup parsley chopped

Steps

| 1 | Combine all ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes. |

2 | Turn on grill, place meat, apply sauce with mop. |

Add a bit more water if you baste a lot.
One cup lemon = 1/2 cup concentrated lemon.
