Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Yield 4 servings

3/4 cup crabmeat
1 pound fresh mushrooms stemmed
2 tablespoons butter melted
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 tablespoon chives chopped
1 tablespoon parsley
3 drops hot pepper sauce
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

1 Brush caps with butter.
2 In a bowl, combine the rest.
3 Fill caps and put on pan filling side up.
4 Broil 6 inches from element for about 5 minutes.
