Overnight Waffles

American

On a Saturday night, prepare this for the Sunday morning family breakfast.
Ingredients
1/2 cup warm water
1 tablespoon of dry yeast
2 cups warm milk
1/2 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
 
Steps
1 Sprinkle yeast on water, let stand for 5 minutes in large bowl.

2 Add milk, butter, salt, sugar, flour. Mix until smooth.

3 Let stand overnight.

4 Before cooking, beat in eggs & baking soda.

5 Preheat waffle iron and cook according to manufacturer's instructions.
