Overnight Waffles

On a Saturday night, prepare this for the Sunday morning family breakfast. |

Ingredients |
|
1/2 cup warm water
1 tablespoon of dry yeast
2 cups warm milk
1/2 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon baking soda

Steps
|

|
1 | Sprinkle yeast on water, let stand for 5 minutes in large bowl. |
| 2 | Add milk, butter, salt, sugar, flour. Mix until smooth. |
| 3 | Let stand overnight. |
| 4 | Before cooking, beat in eggs & baking soda. |
| 5 | Preheat waffle iron and cook according to manufacturer's instructions. |
