Stir-Fried Vegetables with Ginger


Yield 2 servings
Ingredients

Sauce:
1 tablespoon mirin
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sugar 1 tablespoon water

1" piece of ginger, minced
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced

1 carrot, julienned
1/4 head of cabbage, thinly sliced

1 red bell pepper, julienned
1 zucchini, halved lengthwise, sliced thin

1 scallion, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons chopped cilantro


1 Whisk together sauce ingredients and set aside.
2 Heat oil in wok. Add ingredients as grouped, stir-frying for 1 minute after each additon.
3 Add sauce, stir-fry 2 min and serve
