Chile-Glazed Grilled Shrimp

Thai

Spicy and delicious! Serve with steamed jasmine rice and cool Thai-Style Slaw for a refreshing summer meal.
Ingredients
1/4 cup chili pepper paste
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 pound large shrimp, shelled and deveined
Additional lime wedges for garnish
 
Steps
1 Whisk together first 4 ingredients. Toss with shrimp to coat.

2 Shrimp may be skewered or laid on seafood grilling rack.

3 Grill until cooked, about 2 minutes per side.

4 Serve garnished with lime wedges for diners to squeeze over shrimp.
