    | Ingredients | 
   
 
  
     | 
    
	
		 
			
 
             
            3/4 cup butter, at room temperature 
3/4 cup sugar 
3 eggs  
1 teaspoon vanilla 
1/4 cup sour cream or yogurt 
2 tablespoons orange zest 
3 tablespoons fresh orange juice 
1 1/2 cup white flour 
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

      Steps
    
     |

           | 
         
        | 1  | 	Preheat oven to 350°F.  Butter and flour an 8"x4" loaf pan. |  
  |  | 2   | 	Mix butter and sugar together until well blended. |  
  |  | 3   | 	Add eggs, vanilla, sour cream, zest and juice and blend until smooth. |  
  |  | 4   | 	Add flour and baking powder. Stir until just blended.  Pour into prepared pan. |  
  |  | 5   | 	Bake for 35-45 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. |
