            2 large eggs 
1/4 cup fresh French breadcrumbs 
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese 
1 tablespoon olive oil 
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley 
2 large garlic cloves, minced 
1/2 teaspoon salt 
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 
2 tablespoons mayonnaise 
1/4 cup finely chopped onion 
Pinch crushed red pepper flakes +  
1 pound ground beef

        | 1  | 	Preheat oven to 400°F. |  
  |  | 2   | 	Stir eggs, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper mayonnaise, onion and red pepper in large bowl to blend. |  
  |  | 3   | 	Add ground beef and mix thoroughly. |  
  |  | 4   | 	Form mixture into 1 1/2 inch meatballs. |  
  |  | 5   | 	Place on oiled baking sheet at least 1 inch apart. |  
  |  | 6   | 	Bake 35-40 minutes. |
